1. We Inspect client properties and make sure they are in a condition suitable to rent.
2. If necessary we inform the client and carry out Interior works or small jobs which may be necessary to get a good tenant.
3. We then offer the property to various companies with whom we share a good working relationship who would have employees interested in the same.
4. Site visits are then done along with prospective clients.
5. We keep our clients informed of these inspections.
6. Once we locate a client we negotiate and finalise the price.
7. Draft agreements are made and after we get a go ahead from both parties we close the deal.
8. If the client requires us to track monthly payments, pay property taxes, function as a one point contact between tenant and owner, inspect the property on a regular basis, Pay property taxes, Take care of any problems at the flat and rectify the same he/she would need register for our Property Maintenance Service.
